How to Play

Would You Rather is a versatile ice breaker that works equally well in person or virtually, making it perfect for remote teams and online gatherings.

Setup

  1. Prepare a list of “Would You Rather” questions (or use spontaneous questions)
  2. Gather players in person or on a video call
  3. Designate a moderator to ask questions
  4. No materials required, though a prepared list helps

Game Instructions

  1. The moderator poses a “Would You Rather” question with two options
  2. Each player must choose one option (no “neither” or “both” allowed)
  3. Players can vote by raising hands, using chat reactions, or verbally
  4. After voting, invite 2-3 players to explain their reasoning
  5. Continue with new questions for the desired duration
